It is possible to weave a variety of beautiful jacquard patterns using different colors of yarns combined with the fabric structure. Jacquard fabrics have a more three-dimensional feeling than ordinary printed fabrics, which will not be washed away by water, and can avoid the disadvantages of excessive washing and color loss of printed fabrics; at the same time, since the dyed fabrics are dyed with original yarns, the dyes are highly penetrating, so the dyeing fastness is high, and it is not easy for the colors to fade after washing.
Disadvantages: Due to the huge loss produced by colored woven fabrics in the process of dyeing, weaving and finishing, the output of colored woven fabrics is much lower than that of white embryo fabrics under the same amount of yarn, which leads to high investment costs and high technical requirements. Therefore, the disadvantage of colored woven fabrics is also obvious compared to ordinary printed and dyed fabrics, that is, they are more expensive. If washing and sanding are also used, as well as processes such as jacquard, printing and embroidery, the price also rises.
